The reason for this is, there are 41 days when adding the MONTH you are born on, to the DAY you are born on, to the year we are in now, (2011) which when summed, = 4; i.e. 2+0+1+1 = 4.

So, if you find your Birth Day in the above set of dates, you're an 11, 11, 11 person on Friday the 11th, of November, 2011; Yay!

BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It means you have an extra special and loving, family, financial, opportunistic day, so don't waste it.
